Agile at School 32
School 32 is a one-day immersion in Agile methodology, a dynamic approach to managing software projects that emphasizes rapid iteration, open and consistent communication, and short ‘sprints’ to achieve fast, incremental results. It offers employees the opportunity to experience Agile firsthand, testing the effectiveness of the methodology while actively contributing to the company’s Agile transformation.
Among other techniques, School 32 also teaches how to develop user stories to understand the needs of customers more deeply and rapidly propose and test new solutions. These Agile techniques build new transferable skills. After learning the basics of Agile, School 32 participants apply them to real business challenges. The results are impressive: valuable, efficient solutions have been quickly generated and are now being implemented.

Exploring new skills at the Sales Academy
The Sales Academy in the UK offers a deep dive into the skills needed for a successful career in sales. It’s an opportunity to get a taste of the core skills required to thrive in a commercial environment, and to discover new career opportunities.
Over the course of three full-day sessions, participants delve into the responsibilities of external account management and field sales. Senior sales managers share their expertise, while colleagues who have transitioned from internal roles to external sales offer candid insights into the challenges, successes, and lessons learned. The programme also covers market trends, the role of leasing, and essential skills such as identifying customer needs, handling objections, and more.
Regardless of whether participants pursue a career in sales, the Academy opens minds to a new area of work and deepens understanding of how our business – and the wider economy – operates.
Aurelle reskills to advance her career
Aurelle Ngotchoua began her BNP Paribas journey in 2015 as a Youth Market Assistant. After completing her data engineering studies, she joined the bank as an apprentice in Marseille, quickly advancing to Developer Analyst in 2016.
Following her maternity leave, Aurelle discovered a passion for data analysis and decided to pivot her career path through reskilling. This dedication paid off in 2022 when she was promoted to Data Analyst, a role where she collects and interprets data to support informed business decisions. This promotion also brought her to the Paris headquarters, facilitated by the Group’s Mobility initiative.
Aurelle advocates for colleagues to explore diverse career opportunities within BNP Paribas Group.
